Banff, which is Canada’s first national park, was created in 1883 with the discovery of hot springs by Canadian railway workers.  We saw raging Bow Falls, and took a group picture at an overlook featuring unique rock formations know as the hoodoos.  Hoodoos are a natural rock formation found in many parts of Canada. We ate a great lunch and got a personal tour at the historic and grand Banff Springs Hotel.
